They can withstand the dryer as long as you dry each doll alone to avoid tangling of the hair and limbs. The dresses are removable and can be washed as you would any cotton garment. If you own a bamboo fleece doll, you can remove any pilling by brushing the doll with a soft bristle brush. The nice thing about bamboo fabrics is that they stay soft.
